Shipping Costs:
My Rock City offers free delivery to mainland U.K. on all orders £50.00 and over.

If you spend under £50.00, you will be charged £2.50 as standard U.K. delivery. This can be upgraded to a next working day Express delivery service at a cost of £6.00. (Next day delivery is for orders placed before 1.00pm.)

International orders will be charged for delivery depending on which Air Zone you are in, please see shipping costs at check out.

** Please note: Some non UK based customers may be charged with import duty by your own country, Myrockcity.com is not responsible for any additional import duty charges.

Delivery Times:
Please allow up to five working days for U.K. mainland.
Delivery of your order will be attempted between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note that we are unable to offer a specific delivery time for when your order will be delivered.
Please be aware we can not deliver on any public holidays.

International Delivery:
Please allow a minimum of ten working days. Please be aware that we are occasionally required to make additional checks on your payment method or address details and this may delay your order. Your credit card security is paramount.

Unsuccessful Deliveries:

Our designated Courier service will initially make two attempts to deliver your orders on consecutive working days. If they have been unsuccessful with delivery of your goods they will leave a card advising you of the consignment number, time of attempted delivery and a contact number for the nearest courier depot. The courier company will then hold the goods at their depot for five working days to allow you to collect your order. Should there be no attempt by you to collect the order, it will be returned to the Myrockcity.com Web-Sales Centre. If Customer Services then receive no contact from you regarding your order within a further five days, your payment will be refunded minus delivery charge and minus the return delivery charge.

Destinations:
We regret that we are unable to send to P.O. Box addresses.

When entering your shipping address, if your country does not appear in the pull down selection menu, this means we do not currently ship to your region..

Returning Goods:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us at the address below, unused and in their original, re-sellable condition within 14 days of receipt (21 days for International customers).

We cannot accept the return of underwear and swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that the product has been washed or worn repeatedly.

Please state on the returns slip printed on the reverse of your dispatch note if you require an exchange or refund.

Please allow up to five working days from receipt of a returned item(s) for the replacement goods to be dispatched or monies refunded. Monies will be refunded onto the credit card which was used to purchase the goods.

Please note that if we do not have the available stock for the requested exchange a refund will automatically be processed and a confirmation sent to the account email address.

Please allow three working days from our receipt of your returned items for a refund to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed. Upon receipt of the processed refund email, please allow up to ten working days for it to reflect on to your account. This timeframe is dictated by and dependent upon your credit card provider.

Regrettably, on rare occasions mistakes with orders can occur. If the item(s) you have received are not as ordered, or you have an item(s) missing, please contact our Customer Service at care@myrockcity.com and quote your order number for advice on how to proceed. We ask that any discrepancies be reported to us within five days of receipt.

We recommend that you return items using a Royal Mail Registered post service with compensation coverage and obtain a certificate of posting for you records, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us.
